OK, I am absolutely going to scream if One.More.Person posts that the Connecticut Supreme court found horses to be vicious. That is NOT the finding. For anyone who actually wants to know what WAS said by the court, you can find a summary here: ctlawtribune/id=1202648472472/Justices+Issue+Ruling+In+Vicious+Horse+Case%3Fmcode=0&curindex=0&curpage=1 Long story short, the original court issued a summary judgment in favor of the Defendant farm owner saying the Plaintiff had not proven his case. Now the Supreme Court says the matter must have a trial, and it is a matter for the court and jury to determine whether this property owner had an obligation to do more than he did to keep patrons away from the horses. I am as outraged as anyone that a lawsuit like this gets to proceed, but, leaving aside the stupidity of the Plaintiff father in this, please, please, please, post accurate information with your outrage.
