OK I am going to give you all some insight, I own Cen-Cal Inspect Techs, LLC which is a company hired by mortgage companies to inspect homes which are in pre-foreclosure, foreclosure, BK or otherwise some default. Sometimes we are asked to speak to the HO and sometimes we are not allowed to. The instance above was one of my reps and he is of no harm, he was strictly doing his job. We often work 6-7 days a week inspecting homes for occupancy or vacant statuses. If a home has been abandoned in your neighborhood, it is our job to notify the bank of the condition and any unsecured issues that may arise. We perform over 3000 inspections a month from King City to Santa Cruz County to Morgan Hill. We also do Home Owners Insurance Underwriting work for major insurance companies such as Allstate, State Farm, Geico etc. Please understand this is our job as well as you have yours. We are not STALKERS, we are simply employed just doing a job that most people do not know even existed. I do not know the gentleman in the car above, he does not work for me but the man in the teal ford does. We are a reputable company with a business license of 10 years in the business. He is a certified home inspector, a volunteer firefighter, and does all property maintenance on foreclosed vacant homes when we are sent the orders.
