OK I had to see what all of the fuss was about and “The Interview” was on COMCAST IN DEMAND now so after coming back from the Eureka theatre I had to see this Seth Rogan and James Franco flick. I hated “Pineapple Express” but sort of like “This is the End” so this falls somewhere just below “Pineapple Express”. If you like stoner films you will love it. I wondered why involve Kim and North Korea in this film and to what purpose does it matter. This film is really juvenile with its fart jokes, some bitten off fingers, over the top acting of James Franco. Actually I really got tired of him and his cutesy tone of acting. Actually there are times when I like James Franco but as a comic actor forget it. The film is all talk, a sheep’s in wolf’s clothing and it makes frivolous politics all the more odious. Bottom line I’m glad I did not pay $11 to see the film but I did pay $5.50 for IN DEMAND.
