OK, I have been able to make phone calls out except to one phone. I know the phone was broken and this person has a "replacement phone." They called me and I returned the call, so I have the right # as of last Friday. Early thisn week I got ringing and the voicemail, then the call started having a long delay or silence and then a fast busy. No idea what network and this was before the storm. Best guess -- phone not working or service out of order -- or am I being blocked?
