OK I know most of yinna want to say what am about to say so lemmie be the first to say it. E.J. Bowe retired in 2005 presumably at the retiring age of 65 in civil service 15 years later and he is back as Price Controller. Shockingly he told Jeff on his show today that he will remain in that positions for several years, I guess thats into the late 80s. Why are we not training young capable people for this and other positions and why do the PLP have more faith in bringing back old instead of giving the new generation an opportunity. Remind me, wasnt this what they campaign heavenly for in the last election?
