OK I think I am legal now! WHEW!! The U.S. Forest Service wants to start charging some people thousands of dollars to take photographs or videos on its public lands. Proposed rule would force the media and professional photographers to either pay $1,500 for a special permit, or face $1,000 fine if caught taking wilderness pictures without the permit. Many local photographers are not happy about this proposed rule, and ask whats the difference between them and the millions of people with cell phone cameras in their pockets? I shot this after seeing this goofy proposed law on the news. REALLY?? All rights reserved!
