OK, I usually dont weigh in on political things, but I have to say that the people who are opposing gay marriage are starting to piss me off! If you are gay and want to get married, I JUST DONT CARE! As a friend of mine recently posted, Not my circus, not my monkeys (although my grandfather would have said My dog aint in that fight). But oppositiioners are implying that children cannot be adequately raised without a mother and a father. As the child of a single parent and a single woman who CHOSE to adopt 2 wonderful kids (with whom I do a damn fine job, if I do say so myself) THIS PISSES ME OFF! And those who know me know that Im profoundly difficult to offend! The moral of my rant is this: If you are going to oppose something, do it for well educated and well meaning reasons, when you make generalizations about an entire group of people you just look stupid! Now, Im done!
