OK I usually keep my opinion to my self but I have a lot of friends and family on fb with alot of different opinions and some of them just disgust me..... As a African American man with two kids that are just as dark as me I can honestly say I am scared, like really afraid of the struggles and the hardships that I know my two kids will face especially my son. I dont ever want him to feel like he has to conform to an unjust set if ideas and views because of his skin color. I am tired of society telling me how I should act and dress around a certain race like it will change anything in the 70s men use to wear halter tops bell bottoms and high heals....really every generation has their own dress code that the previous generation finds ridiculous.... Martin Luther King was shot in while wearing a suit his appearance or his kind nature didnt stop him from being murdered..... I guess what I am trying to get to is that I know we all are gonna have different views but how distant are some of you from your community race or reality that some of u think that the trend of shooting black unarmed men for any reason is excusable and even tho it may not effect you personally it effects your community ie...kids relatives and future of the world that we live in...... I am finding that comfort in life and money tends to make some people... not all... but alot of people are numb to what Id really going on.
