A text message came from 1-816-***-**** to Jim’s cell phone, which is our old home number on Sunday, July 13, 2014 at 5:42 PM. DAVID: Hi Jessica ME: Who is this? DAVID: David ME: More info please …. DAVID: David ****** from Missouri ME: Who are you trying to reach? DAVID: Jessica ME: Last name? DAVID: Don’t know it ME: Where did you get this number? DAVID: A girl name Jessica ME: When? DAVID: In June ME: Why? DAVID: A date ME: And she gave you a Canadian number? ME: Where did you meet her? DAVID: Yes ME: Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm????? DAVID: Are you here? ME: Describe Jessica. DAVID: Tall brunette drive a Toyota tundra DAVID: Did I write down the wrong number? ME: I don’t know. My daughter Jennee went online and checked .... area code 816 is the area code for most of northwestern Missouri - it includes the Kansas City Metropolitan Area, and the city of St. Joseph to the north. JENNEE TOOK OVER: Where are you from? DAVID: Kansas City JENNEE: Where did you meet? DAVID: Toronto JENNEE: How long ago did she give you this number? DAVID: In June JENNEE: Toronto Canada? DAVID: Yes, are you her? Why all the questions ME: Call me at 250-299-3694. He called me and told me that this Jessica was a brunette, around 5’8” tall, was about 23 years old and wore braces. He said that he met her at (something) in Toronto … she worked with importing fishing stuff from Japan. I got him to go to his computer and open Google and type in “missing Jessie Foster”. He did and said this was not her. Not only did it not look like her, he mentioned that the girl in the picture had an eyebrow ring, and this other Jessica did not. So …. I will be sending this to the police so they can verify his story. SO … AS YOU CAN SEE, EVEN OVER 8 ½ YEARS LATER, WE STILL GET THINGS COME OUT OF THE BLUE LIKE THIS.
