OK, Indian friends, I need your advice. You know I know a lot about India. You also know a few years ago I opened a development center in China - that has been extremely successful. Now it is time to open another development center, and this time probably in India. But I need some advice. Our development requires specialized knowledge; and based on our research, there are about 2000 trained staff in India, most of them in the Gurgoan area. Thus we are considering opening the center in Gurgoan. Initially we will utilize only about 300 trained staff, and will take on staff to train and develop. And then see how it goes. So what advice do I need. Location advice. Please send me your thoughts on Gurgoan, tell me whats good, whats bad, anything you think I should know about opening a center there. Tell me about space, and costs, and transport, and access to people, etc. Please, too much info is better than not enough. And if you think we should go to a different location, please let me know. We think Bangalore is too crowded; Mumbai is too crowded and tough. We thought about Pune and Chennai, maybe Mangalore. Please tell us what you think. I really need the info as soon as possible.
