OK Ive waited to post this but I must comment. I LOVED ROBIN WILLIAMS!!! Lets say that first k. Ill save my personal opinions on depression and our spiritually bankrupt world. However Im frankly offended!!! Theyve turned a mans talent that really enriched my life, into the poster boy for depression. Its like focusing on my abysmal pottery talent after my death. Using my life of never being able to through a good clay pot to fill pottery classes seats. Ignore my paintings and tattooing, how Ive worked my whole life to share the little I can do with the world. I would not feel honored! Robin Williams memory should not be poisoned by the hype and certainly not bastardized by the med companies to sell more pills. Lets remember him for how Patch Adams made us feel OK about being different. Or how about remembering how to be a child again with Peter Panning. Yes he had anxiety, but the sheer body of the mans work so over shadows his personal demons. And if we want to honor him well focus on that. Its what hed want.
