OK….Little rant here… I recently patronized a Taco Bell and ordered the twelve taco deal for $12… just regular tacos…not supreme, and for the ones that know me well can just imagine how excited I was to eat these fantastic creations of culinary goodness…. well… my excitement and expectations were crushed!, as I opened the first of twelve tacos I noticed that they were skimpy, now I was upset and devastated! …… so now I needed to know if my emotions were justified. what I did next was I took the biggest beefiest taco of the “dirty dozen” and took it home…. why? After doing some research I learned that a regular taco from Taco Bell has a “target weight” of 2.9 ounces… this taco I took home weighed in at a scale breaking 2.0 oz. this is a .9oz deficit.. I know it’s not much but damn near 33%, so with that being said let’s do some math…. 12 tacos @ $12 dollars = $1.00 a taco now if each taco is 33% shy of the “target weight” that equates to roughly $4 dollars in product I did not receive!!! Let alone not being able to enjoy its yummy goodness! Rant over….. Now to enjoy the day!!
