OK Monroeville, I get it. You want to play games. Ive been a Municipal Resident for nearly 54 years, and now you want to play games. I NEVER had an issue until we decided to change trash collection days. Guess I got a new crew. Guess I pissed the new crew off when they decided not to empty my trash, resulting in snow and ice built up in the bottom 1/4 of the can. Now, I guess we have further pissed off these highly paid and with damm good municipal benefits by actually asking that they empty my damm trash like they should. Nope, I am being quoted a Municipal Ordinance that states trash cans not be bigger than 45 gallon (guess the wimps cant lift a heavier can), and that because mine is 65 gallon, they only have to reach and retrieve bags, not loose trash. Funny, if one goes to monroeville.pa.us and try learn about the ordinance, um, no. There is NO reference to this ordinance under the trash and recycling link. The ordiniance link has every municipal orinance since June of 2007, none of them by Title. So IF a resident wanted to learn some information, they have to search thru God only knows how may ordinances to try to find what they seek. Yeah, OK Monroeville. You want to play games? I suppose this Ordinance, that is not referenced anywhere on the Municipal home page, will contain a limit as to how many trash bags I am allowed to put out? It better. Because if not, the highly paid assholes that service my street are gonna have their feelings hurt. You want me to bag my trash because they do not have the physical ability to lift a trash can? Fine. How about if I individually wrap every damm piece of trash I have in a bag, and leave 200 bags at the curb? Yea, you and I both know these stupid pricks wont pick that up either. I am one VERY PISSED OFF Resident. It APPEARS that previous crews were not following the Ordiance, as I never had a problem until January. OR, we have some folks that like to play letter of ordinance games. Translation to me, BULLSHIT UNION GAMES. Why is it is that some residents obviously get different service then other residents, based upon what set of employees is assigned to their route? I pay my effen taxes. Empty my effen trash, or I will personally lead the charge to replace you lazy assholes with a company that WILL take our trash. Rant over, until we see what games are going to played this week!!
