OK SO as some of you would be aware I am on the look out for a new premises for Mystical Avalon .... over the next couple of days I am checking out options to share locations with a couple of local business which could prove very exciting :) :) I would however love to stay where I am and after some discussions the owner may be open to some negotiations - now I am being honest I do not have the resources to pay what the owner is asking for to lease the whole building like I am now BUT I am open to sharing my current location/space with another business IF it complimented what I do SO heres the deal the back section of the building currently the studio can be converted into a separate lease/business AND has its own entrance. There is plenty of space to create a reception area and consulting rooms and/or shop / salon / studio. There is great easy access parking right in front of the building and we have our own back parking area which can be used for staff and/or clients - directly off the busy Searipple Rd. There is a unique and lovely verandah that wraps around the building and a garden down one side. SO if you know someone looking for space in Karratha and their business wouldnt clash with Avalon but would in fact compliment Avalon then PLEASE suggest to them to come have a chat I am more than happy to show them the space and discuss options. OR maybe thats YOU, you are reading this post and are thinking now that would be cool, mmm, I would love to share that fab space with JJ and Mystical Avalon then come on down and have a chat :) :) Folks having said all that please note I am also continuing the search for my own place .... there are always options, and Sunshine and Rainbows
