OK Steve Conrad. I just had a bowl of your collards. I got to be honest. They werent Willys Collards. They werent my collards. They were Your Collards. And all I got to say about that, is You can cook Collards for me Anytime! They were Awesome!!!...even without the butter. You see. The great thing about natural born chefs...it dont have to taste like someone elses recipe to be great eatin! Thats what I LOVE about folks like David Bailey, David Wright, Willard Ashburn, Thomas Malbon, Whitney Parcells Dixon, Tracy McIntyre Perez, David G. Kohout, Susie Kohout, Michael H. Billett, Rick Romano, Jean Panneton, Doug Humphrey, You, and so many others. I love tasting others artistry in the galley. I learn so much from others style of cookin! Keep all of those Amazin Conrad recipes comin Steve! Ive still got a lot to learn!
