OK, TIME OUT!! Lets take stock... Why did Israel launch this latest round of butchery against the people of Gaza? It said in retaliation for the killing of three Israeli teenagers by HAMAS. But it has transpired that the killings were committed by a lone cell unrelated to Hamas. But that has not stopped the bombing and shelling. Judaism talks about an eye for an eye as retribution. More than 1300 Palestinian men, women and children have died to avenge the lives of these three young Israelis. Despite worldwide protests from citizens, governments around the world have maintained a stoic silence. This, despite the UN Human Rights Council having declared this latest aggression a war crime:. Some Muslim governments, notably the guardian of the Two Holy Cities (Haramain), have even sided with the butchers! As humans, let us call out fr this carnage to stop. If youre religious, call out to God (however you conceive of Him) to bestow His Divine Justice upon all concerned.
