Means they are converted files. Company highlited double inverted comma from which they made it out. So, can anyone make heads or tails out of this? Its from an IP address that originates in India. Im *this close* to thinking that its jibberish spam (something we see a lot of), but it seems internally consistent on the converted topic, which is not a common attribute of that type of spam. My guess its legit, but ESL.
