OK all. Update on long day: PT intake at WDH Rehab 3 went (I think) well. They are awesome. After reviewing my bone scan and xrays they brought in a med student, so that made me laugh. While she was doing all the tension resistance tests and stuff, I realized that she was genuinely and nonchalantly putting her bare hands all up and over my right leg, exactly like she was all over my left. No one (and I mean no one... not a surgeon, specialist, clinician, family, (boy)friend, NO ONE has done that to me since the crash. If anyone has so much as put a finger to my leg, it has been with forceps or latex gloves). I went into auto-ermergherd dont touch that its gross, but instead watched her completely confused.... and started to cry. Apparently Im not gross. #whoknew haha and there is a bit of work to do (duh) so Ill be best friends with PT after 3 days a week for at least the next 3 months. But this is a good things. ok, night all. and Merry Christmas, you filthy animals.
