OK, but what if someone passed a law discriminating against skin color? And when a complaint was made, what if they moved to dismiss the allegation that the ordinance unjustly targets minorities, arguing that it “realistically reflects the fact that the races are not similarly situated in certain circumstances.” Its just skin. Women dont react quite the same to a mans bare chest only because they see that all summer every year. If you desensitize men in the same manner through exposure, men will stop reacting in the way they do.
