OK fans, I am sad. I am sad because I have two dogs that are incredibly awesome and no one seems to want them. Minnies friend Lenny got a place, but she once again is being left behind. I know shes a 4 year old pit bull and these dogs are a dime a dozen, but Minnie is one in a million. She is happy and perfect and she loves everyone and everything. You could leave her in charge of a lemon meringue pie. Nadine would probably eat the pie as it appears she has eaten eveything else, but she is sweet and wonderful and she is in need of a home. At 6 years old, shes past the insanity part and now she has mellowed into happy middle age. She is also perfect with everyone and everything. It is kind of fascist that the perfect dogs get picked first, but I guess its like sixth grade dodge ball. You never want to be last, but the nerdy kids are never going to get to go first. I remind all those sixth grade jocks who are now working as janitors that the nerd kids are now software execs, so being picked last isnt the end and it certainly means the best may be saved for last These dogs are looking for a foster or forever home in the VA to CT area.
