OK........finally on the couch.. Im in some Flare Up pain big time today,..I think the traffic Jam going to Palm Desert didnt help... It took 4 1/2 hours in bumper to bumper traffic from the 15 North , to the 215...and still crap traffic all the way to the 60..(the 79 was backed up too, so I decided to go around and take the 60 to the 10).... That much time in the truck and 100+ degree weather,..1/2 the a/c working...passenger side..lol..Max was OK,..;) I wanted to just stay inside with a/c all dang day Saturday and sleep...but, I didnt. It was so hot, even at night... until the monsoons hit Palm Spri ngs to the West,... We got drizzle in Palm Desert,..so, it cooled some,..then on Sunday it was drizzles all the way across and down to Fallbrook, where it poured there for about 3 minutes..Escondido was 104 degrees... OMG.. I was so fearful Jamul would be too...but.. nope!!!! We had Flash Flood warnings, but never got rain after 2 PM. It was a bearable 90 something... Today , its about 90 something again.. not to bad, compared to Palm Desert!!!!! ;) I saw my Pain Mgmt. Doc today to go DOWN on my (pain) medicine. Vitals were all good, so she OKd a slow decrease of 3 mg weekly.. IF it is to hard on me I can tell the Nurses, and theyll hold me until I feel better and ask to restart the detox. Im feeling (Physically) like crap today, but emotionally and in my attitude, I feel very, very good,..so,...here it goes!!! I went down from 45 to 42 mg today... keep yaalls fin gers crossed this goes smoothly!!! Im just so tired of it. :*( Today is the 3 year anniversary of my Brother In Law Bills passing from Cancer (Renal Cell Carcinoma.) I know its hard on Harry, Bill was not just his only brother, he was his very best friend. They loved each other so much,.. Not many things phase my husband outwardly when he hurts,..but..this is one of the few. Please lift him up in prayer today, as he walks through this difficult time. .. Prayers and lots, and lots of love to my Sister In Law Laura, and Bills girls Colleen & Courtney...
