OK folks.......We need the Probate Judge Mr. Reed to sign off on releasing that last of my wifes Aunt and Uncles estate before Christmas......Wonda had 44 years with the City of Montgomery and Tom had just under 20...they had no children......My wife and I took care of them till they died....they died one day apart......had Tom died before Wonda the estate would have went to her side of the family.....$300,000 in deferred comp...they used up less then $100,000 and the rest went to the Annuity Company.....Home sold for $170,000 and they owed less then $35,000......estate sell brought in $19,000......its been over three years now since they passed away......the remaining portion split a few ways will come in handy before Christmas...........
