OK folks, sacre bleu(!), no fresh artichokes at the store! I am still going to marinate and grill the chicken and boil (but not over cook!) the fingerling potatoes. As grilled veggies I will slice red onions and not-quite-ripe peaches in half, and brush them with the Lemon Pepper marinade too. Oh yes and I got plenty of fresh parsley to chop and add to the potatoes too. Danish touch. In DK it seems like you can never have potatoes without parsley. And if it is worth doing... its worth overdoing! Plus its green and tangy so it must have antioxidants!!!
