OK friends time to preach a little. Take care of yourselves.....eat when your hungry, drink water when your thirsty and sleep when your tired. I have done neither and paid for it today with a trip to the ER for heat exhaustion. Thanks to Doug Klein and family for the refreshments and calls to make sure I arrived home safe. Thanks to Kelsey Ann Chvatal Roger and Karin for getting me to the hospital. (Jody alerted everyone and Kels was ready to haul me away when I arrived). Thanks to my personal nurse Connie Peckham for taking such good care of me....I appreciate it. Atwood is and always be home. Thanks to our Cherokee Drive family Brittney Jo Menges Bailey Menges and Connie Waldman-Menges for taking care of our 4 legged kids Jasper and Jackson. Thanks for our crew for keeping the wheels turning. And special thanks to my loving wife Jody Jones McCain for being there. We are blessed beyond measure with true friends. Thanks to everyone.
