OK gang, so weve had many people let us know that they would love to join us Nov 8th for the Gut Check Challenge but havent trained enough and think it might be to tough. Completely understand as most people are wimps today!haha...joking. It is a tough event, one of the toughest around. That being said we truly want to get more participants out there to support the CAF Operation Rebound team so weve decided to create the Gut Check Charity Challenge. It will be a free event done on the same course as the GCC but without the sandbags & buckets and you will not receive the cool finishers medals or free beer & food as the GCC finishers. But you will get one killer workout going up Mt Woodson to Potato Chip Rock plus experience some of the military calisthenics & Strongman stations too. And you are making a donation to an incredible cause on such a sacred weekend for Veterans of all branches. Hope that all of you can join us and please remember to bring a photo of an Active Duty, Vet or Deceased soldier that you love so we can add them to the Memorial Wall. Thank you for your support.
