OK had anyone else seen anything strange at the bottom of I Street hill in the last week? A few days ago early evening a smokey figure went across the bridge about the size of a man I figured it was smoke a cloud whatever. Tonight the same type of thing seemed to jumped out in front of me. I swerved to miss it and there was nothing there. Not sure if there is steam coming up from the ground or what but it freaked me out tonight!
