Via Deborah Burger RN November 8 at 11:48am · The Business Journals · Ok, so Kaiser doesnt have enough money to provide safe patient care, and get the right equipment for us to be protected when we take care of highly infectious patients, really? They havent made enough money, so we can get the education and training we need to provide safe care? They havent made enough money so they can stop harassing nurses from using their own sick time? We are chronically short staffed and Kaiser is always sending patients home too early or not admitting Shem when they need nursing care. Instead, they are sent home to be cared for by the family. We want Kaiser to Thrive but not at the expense of our patients and their safety!
