OK, here it is . . . . this Boy Scout amendment thats on the WV ballot is a corporate-driven move to avoid paying taxes on income earned from hosting events at The Summit Bechtel Family National Scout Reserve . . unconstitutional and unfair to all local competing small businesses. If passed, whats to stop the BSA from building a hotel, a restaurant, operating their own recreational venues? People had better wake up around the state and realize this for what it truly is . . changing the constitution of our state to allow unfair advantage to this corporation. There has been so little public debate on this issue . .the pros and cons. Its being pushed through with the aid of a statewide advertising campaign by Vote For Growth which is headed by (guess who) the administrative head of our Buckskin Council. Its a propaganda machine. Dont fall for it. Vote NO. That would be the best present I could get for my birthday. Spread the word to all your Facebook friends, to everyone you know. Vote NO.
