OK, here we go - the good ol days... of power ballads, hair, cassettes, boomboxes, young love and broken hearts! Cinderella is an American glam metal and hard rock band, formed in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 1983. The band emerged in the mid-1980s with a series of multi-platinum albums and hit singles whose music videos received heavy MTV rotation. They began as heavy metal band, but shifted towards a more hard rock/blues-rock sound. In August 1988, they released a great power ballad on their second album Long Cold Winter. This hit was their most successful single, peaking at number 12 on US Billboard Hot 100 in November 1988. It is Dont Know What You Got (Till Its Gone) and you go ahead and have some of that nostalgia now, its OK :)
