OK...heres something that chaps my ass! You want to shop your hometown because you support your hometown business. So I go to the local Verizon store to get a battery for my smartphone. It is 1515 on a Tueday afternoon. The business hours are 0900-1900 Monday-Friday. The note on the door says Out to Lunch, be back at 4:00 pm. So I head to Radio Shack hoping they could help me and of course guess what? They dont have a battery although she was very helpful. I told her I would just have to wait until Verizon got back from lunch and she said, If you want a battery from them I can tell you right now, they dont have any. They send their customers here! WTH!!!
