OK, i have been thinking that the VERY best way that i can help combat injustice in the world is to take a media (bad news) diet, use that time to deal with my own much-needed healing, become extremely abundant, and when i no longer have to concern myself with mere survival issues on a daily basis, i may then come back and resume participation and leadership within my social and environmental justice community with all my new-found resources and security. For too many years i have been behaving as if my own life hardly mattered while i have occupied myself with fixing very large problems over which i have very little individual control. A period of temporary re-prioritization may be in order, it seems.
