OK if your not on Brians page like you should be Ill chime in here: I dont see a choice. If you detain the kids until the parents show up like the old days, the parents will sue you after having the police charge you with felony kidnapping, if you make them clean the mess while they wait for parents you can add child labor and slavery to the list. And under current law you can only punish teenage children of your own by talking (with their permission of course). If the kids take off and get caught drunk due drinking at your house, that child endangerment. Calling the police seems to be the only option.
