OK, just watched all NBCs trailers for their new shows and heres my unsolicited first thoughts: Bad Judge with Kate Walsh is SUCH A STUPID concept --its so unbelievable even for broadcast comedy. I dont see how its sustainable. Im surprised Will Ferrell and Adam McKay would create such a dumb show. Kate Walsh is a great actress but whos going to buy this concept. Messy drunk slut by night and Judge Judy by day. DUMB! Katherine Heigl and Debra Messings shows actually look REALLY GOOD in the trailers. And its clear from Katies timeslot they are really backing this show. So barring any Heigl and her momager antics, NBC might have a hit on their hands. Alfre Woodward as president is slamdunk -- Shes pitch perfect in the trailer. Also, Greg Berlanti and McG are behind Messings show so its got that perfect mix of drama and comedy. Cant go wrong with Berlanti shows in my opinion. The two sitcoms (A-Z, Marry Me) dont look so shitty either if you like romantic comedies. I was expecting to watch Marry Me and hate it but I didnt. Constantine looks decent and perfect companion for Grimm.
