OK, last update for tonight- Have seen the 06Z models and they continue to indicate high winds bitter cold and several inches of snow are possible if not probable. The Euro has joined the camp as well and that is a sig. change. If the AM and midday runs continue like this and the guidance seems to verify well then NWS offices will be issuing winter storm watches across the region no later than tomorrow afternoon/evening. The wind and cold is an absolute certainty no matter what, so I would prepare for an extended period of subfreezing weather with wind chills going below zero at times.
