The 1st Amendment to the Constitution of the United States: Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances. And youre a Federal Attorney, you have NO POWER to make law. You cant interpret them either, thats the province of the SCOTUS. Your only province is to UPHOLD existing law. So what part of Congress shall make no law... abridging freedom of speech; or of the press. And you cant do squat without a friggin warrant, which youre going to have to in front of a FEDERAL judge to get, and show probable cause. Youll be laughed out of the courtroom you moron. And dont make me come over there to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
