OK many of you dont know my situation or may know bits and pieces of the story. I have a wonderful son Alex who I was awarded custody of in Feb, a week before this court date his mother took him and disappeared. I have not seen or heard from either since, when I try to get the police in Baltimore to do their job and find her and my son I get the polite go f@#k myself and was told by a police supervisor that assured me if I said what he told me verbatim he would deny everything was that I need to get an arrest warrant because none of his officers in the southwestern district would waste their time on serving a protective order and having to deal with the hassle of removing the minor child, and if I got an arrest warrant she would be found within two weeks. I have tried several different ways to try and do that and have got nothing I have wasted an obscene amount of money time and effort in this whole ordeal so, on my second lawyer who it seems I am paying to do paperwork on the ideas I am coming up with to find her, I have since found out that she has removed him from the Baltimore school system and stated she is out of town. She is in violation of nearly every stature of the previous custody agreement, but yet Baltimores police department and judicial system doesnt want to do their jobs and ensure justice is served. Last note on this post, when I was awarded custody the judge suspended my child support, since then the BCOCSE Baltimore city office of child support enforcement has garnished over $1000 out of an account frozen my checking and savings with another bank and I just found out this morning are gonna start garnishing my wages from my part time job. So basically they are aiding and abetting a criminal who is guilty of child abuse, neglect, and abduction. However I am the one getting treated like a criminal and the system is catering to the real criminal GO BALTIMORE. So basically this is my last ditch effort to do find my son and see that justice is served. I cannot pay a lot reasons stated above, but any of my family or friends that can help I would dearly appreciate it, I am going to try a social media being fb twitter ID or creating a website to find my boy, since Baltimores, lacking system doesnt want to.
