OK...my faithful prayer warriors... I FINALLY know what I am battling... and I need some extreme prayers. I thought I knew before.. but with a lot of search and reading... I am battling an outbreak of SHINGLES. This is my 3rd EXTREME outbreak since the first in 2001. I am slowly figuring out what triggers it for me..besides the STRESS....
