OK, one little rant. The price of crude oil has been dropping pretty dramatically. We live in a supply and demand economy. Supply of something goes UP and the price should go DOWN to increase demand. OH NO, instead of lower the price of gasoline to increase demand, the oil companies are looking to EXPORT more oil to our neighbors in order to keep a PRICE FLOOR in place and not allow the price at the pump to drop too much.
