OK people..Gonna say it again, maybe louder this time.. If your finding that your tired, over weight, sore, oh, did I say tired? I did.. STOP EATING THE SHIT! GET OFF THE COUCH! MANAGE WHAT YOU PUT IN YOUR MOUTH! START MOVING YOUR BODY EVERY SINGLE DAY! MOST IMPORTANT! :::::::::STOP THE BS EXCUSES::::::: Seriously, please, Im truly tired of hearing it, excuses are a persons way of saying its to hard, I cant do it I wont do it... Bottom line, stop eating garbage and start moving your body, I do not really care to hear any excuses..No one is busier than anyone else, its only hard if you dont give a crap enough about yourself to make a change. You wanna know why I make these posts? I do it because I care and because people ask me all the time about how to get in shape..Read below. 1. Stop eating garbage. 2. Start moving your body. 3. Stop making excuses. 4. Stop procrastinating. 5. Have respect for yourself, and your family and friends. They all need you, if you cannot do it for yourself then do it for them. 6. Go and re read from the top again. Do not complain if your continuing to eat junk food and not exercise then STOP complaining and wait until the CHEST pains begin and them pray that its not to late. Ask yourself this question. Do I like feeling like crap? Well?? Get over yourself and get busy living or continue dying! Peace out!
