OK people, please get back to common sense...... I can go along with, not sending peanut butter to schools, I am smoker but will go along with no smoking on bar patios, public parks and so on. But if Chatham-Kent gets on this ban wagon of making a bylaw saying my grand daughter cant go tobogganing on any hill in the municipality because someone might sue them or there has to be so many regulations because parents dont put enough bubble wrap around their kid before they leave the house, I will freak out! Like really, let the kids have fun, we all did it growing up, and our parents had enough common sense to know not to sue the city because kids will be kids, have fun, and yes accidents happen but sliding down a hill in the winter is not the cities fault. If we get a bylaw saying No Tobogganing! I will be the 1st person down the hill at Kingston park and will be there every day that snow is there! I will take the fine, walk up the hill n do it again! Go ahead n arrest me, I will gladly go to court n have my say. Seriously! We need some Common Sense, and people need to take responsibility for themselves, stop stupid law suites, and let kids be kids!
