OK real talk Im a hired gun professional for good reason. With rare exception I do not do software training. Especially if I have to work with your files on and ongoing basis. Truly I end up recreating your files, your time is so much better used in your area of expertise. Trust me Ill deliver faster and better work if I dont have to wade through and make your files work. It really is a stumbling block and expedites nothing. A text file, the creative brief and images thats the gold that I need.
