OK so I had to share this in order to make a comment but did anyone from the Perezchica persuasion happen to notice the name on the white building across the flooded street? "Empire" service station. That is ,to me, definitely 16th street. Remember "Empire" Market? It has to be in this vicinity that Empire Market was built. I remember the tracks across the street from Empire Market and just north (a few feet) from where they are standing there was a train turnaround. Oh and that looks like Phil Mickelson (pro golfer) and his wife.
