OK, so I have to confess....this house has waaaay too many creepy crawlers! It was empty for 4 months before we moved in and the insects seemed to have built a freeway into it! Tonight we killed a very large spider, only to discover a SCORPION by our bed! Now its nearly midnight and I am laying here, practically rolled up in a sheet, and afraid to put my feet on the floor to go to the bathroom! Ridiculous, I know. Sooner or later exhaustion will take over and I will sleep. And since I neatly emptied an entire bottle of Raid around our bed, I really think critters would have to WADE or swim through to get to us! Tomorrow it is WAR! We have been lazy thus far about sealing up holes and potential entry points...however... I have sent the landlady a plea, and have a whole list of strategies in mind for full force attack tomorrow! This space is ours...they can have the wilderness around us! OK, PLEASE no creepy bug stories in response to this...even at my age I have a very active imagination that doesnt need fed by other peoples misadventures with creepy crawlers! Thanks for listening....
