OK. so I went and had my annual eye exam about 5 years late (stop laughing! Time compresses here in New Caledonia!) So I get my trial pair of contacts and they suck the tears right out of my eyes. Pour in eye drops, and everything is good until the air starts moving. So either I can be comfortable, or my eyes can be comfortable. On top of that, since I work online, my right eye goes all fuzzy on me by the end of the day. Which is not a problem if I am wearing contacts, because I have reading glasses from the Dollar tree that work perfectly for reading the screen all day. (Dr even suggested I get mine there since the difference from regular Rx and reading Rx is so slight) BUT (Big but) when I am reading with my glasses is when I have trouble. Right now I am stubbornly still using my 5 year old Rx and getting more and more annoyed (mainly with myself) I have the Rx for my glasses, so I guess its time to fork out for a pair of computer glasses and the bifocals I need for everyday life. The computer glasses are just for working at the computer without my contacts. So that is all I can see when I wear them, so I will still be switching glasses off and on all day. *sigh* Getting old sucks bilge water. Really dirty bilge water. :p
