OK, so Ive gotten up to speed on the New York NBA teams. Unfortunately, Ive overlooked the Boston team. If they show up this year, Ill check em out. But, the biggest news that I missed, my man Paul Pierce is now on the Washington Wizards. They may become a major Eastern Conference factor. Then, with the Knickerbockers, Kurt Rambis is listed as Associate Head Coach. Whatup with that? I neva hoid of such a thing.(quoted from Curly of the Three Stooges) An associate head coach means almost the equal of the Head Coach (Derek Fisher). That is hedging like having Louis Frank as Kidds backup coach, then firing him, then Kidd leaves. At least Lionel Hollins is the for certain head coach of the Nets. For now. Now I see why I didnt pay too much attention to the NBA this summer.
