OK! so a little humor for this morning..... Because some days are better than others discomfort wise. Been having some serious right knee discomfort. Using my walker a lot...etc. I was dressed so decided to go with Mr Wonderful to Fazolis for senior dinner. I usually let him go eat and bring me back something. When we arrived all handicapped parking spots were full, one fancy car had their brake lights on and 3 teenage girls in it. We patiently waited for the space only to see them turn the car off and exit to go into Fazollis . No HANDICAP LICENSE OR HANGTAG. The only space was clear across the parking lot. We parked there and I held onto Mr Wonderful. When we entered, the 3 girls were in line waiting to order. Mr Wonderful asked them if they were handicapped, they said they were not. He told them that they were parking illegally and could get a big fine, also they were able to park elsewhere and leave the space open. He was not rude just informative. Finally one of them said that they had brought their Gramma and they thought that she might have a hangtag. While we were eating, I saw the gramma and she was using a walking stick, she was already inside the restaurant and sitting when the girls were getting out of the car. I am sure they told her what was said because one got the hanger from her, went to the car and put the hangtag on. We all finished eating at the same time and I had seen the Gramma giving Arlie the evil eye numerous times while we were eating. She hung back so she could exit with Arlie. She shook her walking stick at him and said You are a rude bastard for talking to my granddaughters like that Arlie said, he didnt know that she had been in the car and since there was no hangtag or license that he was simply informing them that they could get a ticket. I was covering my face to keep from laughing, I poked him to shut up and he said I hope the rest of your evening is good! Think she gave him the finger salute thru the side window. Giggle!
