OK so heres the deal, I joined up here to be able to expand my exposure when I have animals to sell, be able to network with others in the trade, and be able to give advice when those in need ask for help. So far all Ive seen in this group is a staggering amount of misinformation, unfounded arguments about husbandry, and ALOT of hate, stupidity, and just plain ignorance. Honestly is this anything more than a fanboy page for Chris Hicks? Who might I add has probably THE ABSOLUTE WORST HUSBANDRY IN THE ENTIRE INDUSTRY! Seriously do any of you have any clue about anything? It does not seem that any of you have EVER done any kind of research or benefitted from ANY experience anyone has so graciously shared with you. Not any one of you understand the legal aspects around the large constrictors, none of you seem to have any clue about nutrition or development, and not any one of the admins are even close to leaving kindergarten! After the few hours I have spent in here, painfully at that, I wouldnt entrust any of you to be able to keep a pet rock, let alone any of these animals that must suffer in your care. Which is a word I am using VERY loosely to describe what many of you must consider to be adequate for the health of your animals. Seriously each and every one of you in this group should pull your collective heads out of your collective behinds and realize that things have changed in the last 20 years, people (current company excluded) have learned that many truths about how to care for reptiles was so very, very wrong and we have changed the way we approach keeping and caring for these animals FOR THEIR BENEFIT. If someone tells you Hey thats not really the right way, or a safe way to do something. instead of assaulting them with ignorance if you disagree, why not ask where they got their information? Or debate with ACTUAL REASON as to why you THINK you are correct? If this is really representative of even a small portion of the reptile community, well folks we are so screwed. And since I brought up admins apparently the requirements to be an admin in this group are that you cannot spell or use proper grammar, you have no idea about anything that has to do with reptiles, and you just have to love hearing yourself act like a complete and utter stammering moron. Oh and Chris? Youre not famous, youre INfamous as the absolute biggest redneck, inbred, clueless, excuse for a human being in recent history. I think Ill give your ex a call, based on her post earlier shes lonely and could use a real man to keep her company. MUCH LOVE ERRBODY!
