OK, so heres the thing...... I was asked earlier if I would like to fight a fellow instructor later this year! We are both 43 years old. It would be at 67kg (im 82kg at moment.....lol). I havent fought for 11 years, I think he hasnt fought for 6-7 years. I initially said no way, but as I thought it about it more, I thought, what the hell!!!! I am old, I am slow, but i need a new challenge in my life. So I said YES!!! Gulp!!! The opponent is one of, if not the best trainers in Scotland and was a bloody good fighter in his prime, so Im well and truly up against it! Id better start training then :)
