OK so my mom and dad are asleep and I have to tell someone this so ill post it on Facebook as usual. Today while I was at work one of m coaches came up to me and said we needed to talk, we began to walk to his office and my mental pressure was on! I couldnt tell what had happened because the look on his face was very inexpressible, as my mind was racing trying to think of what I could have possibly done wrong we get to the office, he sits me down and makes a very qwerky smile comes across his face, he then pulled out a long sheet of paper with a list of names, dates, and sentences that I couldnt see yet, he looks at me and says, I want you to know it was my decision to hire you, and with that being said Im very proud to have made this decision, because I am always all over this store I listen and have eyes and ears everywhere in this store, out of all the new hiers I have, Ive heard your name the most. I made a corny joke saying nothing bad I hope and he laughed, (which was the first time he has ever given me a different facial expression ever) and then he began to say this is a list of compliments from employees whom have said your name, and this stack of index cards are consumer compliments, everything you are doing I want you to keep doing, youve been working your ass off and I want you to know it shows, and it is strongly acknowledged, keep up the good work and keep making us coaches proud to be your peers, now go get back to work I have to say, with that being brought to my attention it deffintly makes me feel better about myself.
