OK so there are further developments on yesterdays police situation .... My friend followed through with his complaint and got a return call from a police inspector...my friend explained to her what had happened and he said she didnt sound too convinced as to why they stopped us, considering we were outside my door and neither of us were wanted or had anything against our names when they were ran in a police check. This means the stop and search should have ceased at that point, and they should not have gone through my friends personal possessions and the car. Also she said there is no record of me ever being stopped and searched, only my friend. Now how can that be possible when I was stopped and searched and had my name ran before he did??!! Seems to me as though someone didnt fancy doing a little paperwork maybe???!!! And then on top of that they claimed in their report the reason they stopped and searched us was because when they stopped and looked in the car they saw a bag from HM Prison on the dashboard...this is a huge lie as the bag was deep inside my friends personal belongings in his suitcase which was in the trunk of the car under other bags and was only found when they pulled all his shit out onto the side of the road!! ...and besides, it has zero relevance to anything..he is not breaking any law by having a plastic Ziploc bag from HM Prison..so that is a load of bullshit in itself!! I wasnt going to continue with this as I dont wish to have police in my life in this capacity but now Im going to pursue things and find out why there is no report of me being stopped and searched and how is this policeman being allowed to lie in his report to justify the stop and search...I am sure more updates will follow ......I feel like I am in 1989 again.
